Decide how to collect money

You can collect donations by setting up a page on an online fundraising website such as JustGiving, or you could fundraise through Facebook: Alternatively, you can keep it traditional by collecting cash from supporters then sending us the money you raise.

Promote your event

To spread the word, why not share details about your event on social media? Remember to tag Sightsavers in your posts, or email to tell us all about your event. Alternatively, you could use printed posters or flyers to advertise your fundraiser – download our fundraising pack for details.

If you have received any cash or fundraising contributions to your own bank account, you can make an online donation to Inspirationally Grieving My Baby for the same amount.

If you’ve received cash donations, these should be paid into your own bank account: you can then make an online donation to Inspirationally Grieving My Baby for the same amount.

If you’ve set up an online fundraising page but have received contributions to your own bank account, you can pay these in via your online fundraising page: just make the donation to your page as if you’re making a donation to yourself.

Send cheques or CAF vouchers by post

Send any checks to Inspirationally Grieving My Baby. Include your name, the name of the person doing the fundraising, the event name or brief description, and if possible your unique reference number.
